HAA – CROATIAN ACCREDITATION AGENCY
The Croatian Accreditation Agency (HAA) is an independent institution in the Republic of Croatia that carries out the accreditation process of conformity assessment organizations, laboratories, testing bodies, certification bodies, verification bodies, product conformity assessment bodies, inspection bodies and bodies for checking and testing machines and equipment.
HAA carries out accreditation procedures in accordance with international standards to ensure that organizations that perform conformity assessment, laboratories and other bodies meet established requirements and criteria for quality, impartiality and competence in their work.
HAA plays an important role in promoting the quality of products and services in the Republic of Croatia and in providing confidence to customers and other stakeholders in conformity assessment processes.

DZM – STATE INSTITUTE OF METROLOGY
The State Bureau of Metrology (DZM) is a public institution in the Republic of Croatia whose task is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurements in various fields, including health, industry, science, energy, the environment and others. DZM carries out calibration and verification of measuring instruments, conducts tests, certifies products and services, provides advisory services and performs other tasks in the field of metrology.
DZM operates in accordance with national legislation and adheres to international standards and recommendations in the field of metrology. Through its work, DZM contributes to the improvement of the quality of products and services on the market, consumer protection and environmental protection, and enables fair trade and competitiveness on the national and international markets.
