Aggregate scales
An aggregate scale is an industrial scale used to measure the weight of aggregates in large quantities in the production of concrete and other building materials. Aggregate usually consists of sand, stone, gravel or other materials used to create concrete.
Aggregate scales usually consist of a weighing platform, a weight measuring sensor and electronic equipment for data collection and weight display. These scales are usually very large and have a capacity of several tons.
Aggregate weight measurement is very important in concrete production, because accurate determination of aggregate weight is used to create mixes that have the desired characteristics of strength, durability and other properties. Aggregate weighing therefore plays a key role in the production process of concrete and other building materials and is an important element in ensuring product quality and reliability.
